Mad Men
I did this piece two weeks ago for the New Yorker. The art department
loved the illo, but the higher-ups decided to go with a photo treatment
for the article at the last moment. These things happen in publishing. On the bright side, I was paid for my work and I'm happy with how the illustration turned out!

Nobuo Nakagawa's 1959 horror masterpiece "Ghost Story of Yotsuya"—about a murderous husband who is haunted by his dead wife and child—has its New York premiere Wednesday, February 27th at the Japan Society.
